O2 still active?

We used to do quite a bit for O2 in the heady days of the free genie sims however, for some reason our relationship expired - probably when O2 changed hands and we have recently (last year) reapplied to the program - and wait for it -

BEEN DECLINED !

I have sent an email direct to O2 but could someone from CJ clarify the situation - if you are declined can we appeal?

I had just 1 pay as you go yesterday, 4 pay as you go and 1 contract the day before and just 2 pay as you go the day before that!
Not as many contract have come though recently than I would have expected!
