If anyone out there from CJ is reading this then please deal with my open support tickets. I have 2 tickets open. The first is regarding VAT that CJ owe me which has been open since 14/6 and has never been responded to. The second is a request to enable product feeds which was entered on 6/9 and hasn't been responded to. I don't know if CJ offer any kind of SLA to their affiliates but I would think that 3 and a half months for a response is pushing it just a bit.
I'm not earning enough with CJ to be classed as one of their top performing affiliates and in my experience that seems to be an excuse for CJ to rudely ignore me. I don't have one to one contact with any kind of account manager and I can't find a phone number in the interface.
I hate having to resort to airing CJ's dirty laundry in a public forum but I have no other option.
