On behalf of Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, I would like pass on the following:

Reversal files for transactions in the months of February, March and April were not submitted for the Abound, Additions Direct and Marshall Ward brands of the Littlewoods Shop Direct Group. For this reason, publishers were paid as a percentage of gross demand rather than net despatches as dictated in the programme terms and conditions. This matter has now been rectified and payments for May onwards will be based on the net despatches figures as before.

In appreciation of all of the hard work publishers have demonstrated on these programmes, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group will honour the payments made for the February, March and April transactions that may have been reversed due to cancelled orders.
