Unless you have a CJ contact, I think you're stuck with the old in-house query ticket system.
You might be able to ring the UK CJ offices, but I don't know how great they are at picking up phone calls.
Agree with you though, their communication system is lamentable. Invariably takes about 3 days (or even longer) for a response.. and the response is rarely much use!
