JDWilliams Catalogue Brands Links not working properly - CHeck you Links

Have just noticed that many of the banners for the different JDWilliams catalogue brands on CJ are redirecting to the wrong catalogues eg. Naturally Close banner goes to Simply Be, House of Bath goes to Naturally close.

While they appear to be tracking sales, just the destination and landing pages are wrong. I have sent an email to DOminic Smith the affiliate manager for JD Williams and await his reponse and update.

I would advise anyone promoting JDWilliams to check your sites and links to see how this affects you if at all.

I noticed this over the weekend also, but all the JD Williams group links were re-directing to one of their sites. I thought it meant the programmes weren't running any more so I didn't join up / add them to my new Xmas site.

Hopefully they will post back here once it is sorted and I'll see if I still have time to include them before the next stage of our trip!

We are aware of this issue and are looking into it urgently as it is obvioulsy causing us concern - I will give a fuller update when i have more information availabel and when our developers have investigated.

Good morning

I now have an update on the tagging issue we have experienced over the last few days.

This happened because JDW introduced a change last Friday to it's systems and how we process some of our offers across the range of sites. We were not aware that this change had been made until yesterday.

This change resulted in a technical problem with user sessions which has now been resolved via a patch to our systems which was applied overnight.

The URLs for all banners are now correct however apologies for any
inconvenience this has caused to your program.
