All the creative will deeplink straight to the Christmas page on the Hotel Chocolat website. please ensure you update your creative to optimise your click through rates and conversion rates.

Further to the 2 emails I've sent, one to each of your addresses Chris...
and the post on the other thread 2 threads down...I know you're probably busy but...

For those of us who are building our own links can you put up somewhere in big letters the notice that deeplinks can only be taken from your own hotel chocolate deeplink generator on your site.

CJ have URL boxes on your links - for example the 7th one down on the interface is a text link. CJ state that if there is a URL box present, you can put a destination URL in it and it will generate a deeplink.

That is not the case.

Some affiliates may be wasting their time when they should be looking on your deeplink generator. Unfortunately there isn't a link to it from CJ. Either you or CJ needs to do something about it. I've had to scrap around 20 links that were built a few months ago because I accidentally discovered the CJ boxes didn't work.

Chris, thanks for that. If we are still able to use your own deeplink generator that you created a while ago to make our own links, can you put up a prominent link on here somewhere please - then it will be present with the information that you posted at the thread start ?

Can put it in favourites then, instead of having to log into CJ.
