Hi guys,

I'm Marco - MD of G-Finance Group. I'd just like to say that I'm overwhelmed
by the response and private messages John (our Program Promotions Manager)
has received with regard to this matter.

It appears from the PM's that there are a few people I need to speak to
direct and I will do so.

However, our intentions in bringing this to light were not to try to come to
some resolution with CJ or even to prompt any kind of response from them or
their merchants, we feel it has gone beyond that and are quite happy to move
on to pastures green. John simply felt the need to let other
affiliates/promoters using the Commission Junction network know of our
experience and if that means someone at CJ will get to hear, take note or
perhaps even try to improve their "modus operandi", well that can only be a
bonus. And if from that we get to see a little of our lost commissions then
that's another great bonus

For those that have PM'd John on this please note that I will be in touch shortly.

My brother in law is a barrister and has had a look at all the correspondance and he is helping me put together a small claim against CEO of Home Retail Group (Argos Owner) (Mr Terry Duddy), as they are the ultimate beneficiary of the sales I generated.

It would be a pleasure. This kind of law is not his particlar area but is going to get one of his buddies to get the thing rolling for me. I am going down to London in a couple of weeks to hopefully finalise everything and will update you then.

This situation seems pretty awful from an affiliate perspective - does anyone have any feedback on CJ from a merchant perspective? I'm looking at bringing a new network on board at the moment and CJ are on the list?
