For those of you the read the CJ forum regularly, you’ve not doubt seen my contact details and those of some other CJ team members. From time to time we’ve fielded questions about how to best reach a CJ team member and who the best person is for a particular issue. As we continue to grow, we thought it would make it easier for you to reach the people you need if we provided details here.
The best form of contact is always to give us a call or email. It’s worth saying that we’re still looking for you to use our ticketed enquiry system, RightNow (yes, we know it’s not perfect), but it’s a vital work management tool which enables us to have a record of everything and prioritise requests internally. So please call us, email us, and follow up with RightNow wherever relevant.

I was just reading / listening to Fraser's latest podcast
Alison Guise - Commission Junction - Fraser's Affiliate Marketing Blog
and saw the contact numbers on there, so came to to forum to ascertain if they were on here too, good to see they were, so thanks. Perhaps you could go one step further and also have them on the login on the CJ interface. Just a thought.

This is a great suggestion. As for the delay in my reply, we've been busy putting it into action and I didn't want to say anything before I knew it would happen for sure.
Anyway, we now have both our CJ UK site: Commission Junction - Contact us and the login for the CJ interface.

Whenever I click Ask a Question, https://members.cj.com/member/261449...howHelp&id=ask - Thee same page opens with 4 options, search help, faqs, ask a question and check question status, this is happening again and again...

There is an intermitent bug for some publishers that is preventing them from logging queries.

I have a problem with CJ.
We are webmasters from 1995 in Czech Republic,
so we have a huge list of members and subscribers.
We crated more than 100 websites and we run some
our projects of course, too.
I've joined one of the partner program here in
Czech republic via CJ.
and that partner advertise some special evening :
CHARITABLE EVENT IN PRAGUE FOR CHILDREN
So we sent a few newsletter e-mails to our subscribers,
but only to CZECH subscribers, of course, NO foreign recipients.
But some kind of idiotmade a dirty rumour to CJ that we are spammers !
our account was deactivated indeed.
I sent an e-mail to CJ for an explanation about absolutelly
correct way of sending information about that evening,
we did make this according by the Law and ALL antispaming rules, of course.
But no answer coming from e-mail adress we got the note about deactivation
coj00o20compliance@custhelp.com
and our account is bloked still.
Well, my questions come :
What can I do with that situation ?
Where or Whom I should to send that e-mail ?
Im working on internet more than 10 years and
nobody - NOBODY - did NOT call me a SPAMMER ever ... till CJ did ...
Its common process to block an account to somebody without real proof ?
No chance to correct a fault of assessing our work ? Any explanation ?
And where is my money finally ?
