I had the same problem with Avon. Try right clicking on the background of the page you want and selecting properties.
The URL of the page should show.

Can anyone help with the new Comet Link Builder site?
On the email received today giving instructions on how to use it, it tells you to go to the Comet website and copy the full URL of the page you want to deep-link to.
The problem is that when I go to the Comet site the URL is always shown as www.comet.co.uk/cometbrowse/. It never changes no matter what product I am viewing!
Has anyone else experienced this?

Can you deepling to an actual product rather than page on Comet?
If you go to the page you want, you will see the path on that page such as "Vacuum Cleaners > Upright Cleaners"
If you do right button "Copy Url" on those links, their urls are what you can use for deep linking. E.g. "?ttp://www.comet.co.uk/comet/html/cache/361.html"
For individual products, do right button Copy Url on the "more info" link on the list of products.
