We are getting fed up this has not yet been sorted out by either CJ or the ARG group with regard to various catalogues.

I have had to take off my link to kays catalogues.
It seems that every time I make a sale, I get a claw back!
Anyone else have trouble with catalogues ? or Kays?
Could it be a fault?

That's the way catalogues work - people order 20 items, try them all on and send 18 back. You shouldn't be surprised by that.
We stopped bothering with Kays ages ago - it got too upsetting for my taste.
Bob,
I have to disagree about ....
This increase in reversal rate all happened quite suddenly.

I had a discussion with a well known affiliate gnu recently about this catalogue online model. The gnu's view was that this will become an accellerating phenomenon as more adn more people - especially women - begin to use the web more often. It is a recognised catalogue behaviour pattern and is starting to bite some of the e-tailers very hard.
I accept what you say about this specific example, but it's going to be interesting to see how the retailers handle it. One of the biggest gripes from users of our sites is postage and returns postage hurts five times as much.
