    Hi All

This is my update pre Easter for all those who are interested!

    Marks & Spencer:

We are changing our deal from 3% on sales at 62% of the value to 3% on gross sales with no reversals. This should be inforce by Friday 25th April if not sooner

The cookie is still at a session. No changes on this front as yet. The main reason for this is that all of our modelling and budget is based on a session. I know this will still be unaccptable for most sites and i am still encouraging changes. From some past analysis, i can tell you a very high percentage of our sales happen in the session. The strength of the M&S brand and customer service does mean more people are likely to purchase in session even on furniture becuase they are aware of M&S customer service promise.

Creative - we have a new creative team here at M&S and have now uploaded a new range of banners, buttons, pop ups etc for most of our online areas including home, furniture, lingerie and flowers. i recommed anyone running a banner/button campaign for M&S to take a look at the new creative as you may like to change or refresh your campaigns.

Content Units - we are close to launching our content generator on CJ so watch this space!

Laura Ashley - 5% commission 30 day Cookie

Here is one program we have sucessfully ugraded, no change on the commission but increase the cookie form a session to 30 days.

Our new range of creative is live and the mideseason sale is in full swing and is currently bringing our average basket up to: £350.

Deeplinking; i know the value of deeplinking but the inherited site was unable to do this, we are now breaking through techniacl issues and hope to deep link towards the end of May and offer a datafeed.

Have a good Easter, and if you have any questions or require different creative sizes please email me at helen.porter@wheel.co.uk

    Cheers

    Helen
