The following is a list of advertisers whose transactions have been reversed by Commission Junction due to the funds being owed and unpaid by the advertiser for two publisher payment cycles.

If one of your advertisers appears in this list, transactions associated with this advertiser were reversed on January 01, 2003 and will not appear in your account balance. Commission Junction will continue to attempt to collect the money owed by these advertisers.

In accordance with section 3.4 of the Publisher Service Agreement, you have a direct claim against advertisers for non-payment of earned commissions

So... why is the merchant still showing as active?
