You may or may not have read about my awin wordpress plugin, details are here

Affiliate Window AWin Wordress Plugin Version 1.4.1 | Pan Fashion

I'm considering releasing a free version with 1/4 click sharing included, that means that one out of every 4 clicks will go through my affiliatewindow account. Is 1/4 acceptable, or, should it be more like 1/8 or 1/10?

Is there any interest in a free version?

The full version includes lifetime upgrades and all the clicks are yours.

The free version would be upgraded as and when, with 1/4 click sharing. (and, you don't need an API password)

Either way, you get a fantastic tool for your wordpress installation.

OK, the free or 80/20 click split version is now available, but, I'm not going to release it to the general public as yet, so, if you want a copy, please pm me with your email address and I'll mail you a copy almost immediately.

The code for the core function is obfuscated, but, this is to protect my coding, I promise you no dodgy links will be written to your blog, no phone-homes, nothing dodgy, guaranteed.

The full version isn't obfuscated at all, and contains more or less the same code, except you will be using your own productserve quota/password not mine.

If and when you upgrade to the full version, you won't have to change any of your existing pages, the shortcodes remain the same.

I've got the paid version of the plugin and have to say its well worth the megre investment.

Thanks Ash, that was the idea behind it, to make it easy to display product from awins lovely API

There's also a linkshare wp plugin and now a zanox one, I'm thinking of bundling them together for around £20 the pair, as they're slightly trickier to get the hang of, but, once mastered, they provide another set of tools in the toolbox.

This page Guess panfashion.co.uk highlights zanox and linkshare working on the same page, with awin added as well because I can.

You should have it by now, and no, its the V2 hash password that you use

If you don't have a V2 hash password, then I don't think AWin are issuing them at the moment, I'll have to arrange a refund for you, unless you can somehow get a password from AWin.
