UK County / Major Town Spreadsheet

Does anyone have an excel spreadsheet with all the UK's counties and associated major towns that I can have? Or does anyone know where I can download one? I can make one up but its mind numingly boring!

Only need 3 columns in it:

Country ¦ County ¦ Town
