Which networks offer data feeds in csv format?

OK so what I want is 1 x data feed , from one network but made up from multiple merchants, can this be done? If so whos the best

on Webgains you can get all feeds from a single download - you select which programs you want, which categories and you download or generate a url to fetch the feed from there. You can get it in CSV or XML format.
