Does anyone know of any Merchants or Networks that offer RSS Feeds instead of XML or CSV?

Linkshare have a few, you need a feed token, then go to
Links->Data Feeds->RSS Data Feeds

There aren't too many, and they tend to be small (10 products/deals) but they are live and have your link in them.

You can use Amazon's Bestsellers RSS feeds and pass your associate tag as a parameter so they credit you for any referrals.

For example
Amazon.co.uk: Bestsellers in Electronics > Home Cinema & Video > Televisions > LCD Televisions > 30" - 32"
