AW datafeeds still very flakey today

Appreciate Affiliate Window are working on migrating their feed system but you might want to review your QA process before going live with new changes.



Preview images still missing from many feeds and downloads very intermittent. Our last run got zero items returned from quite a few fashion and electrical merchants including John Lewis, Comet, Best Buy

Apologies for this. I've passed the info on to the tech team who will hopefully be able to fix it.

There's no excuse here and we will compensate anyone affected.

Hi Gerry.

We're aggressively reprocessing and updating our image servers at present and product feeds. M&S images appear to be coming through at present.

Apologies for the delay - there is no clear way for us to identify the individual images that are affected so we're reprocessing all.

Thanks, appreciate the update. In the mean time as a quick fix we've re-run all our sites on restored backup files and swapped the preview image aw_image_url for the merchants's imageurl field. we'll revert back to the smaller preview image once its all fixed.
