The Accident Advice Centre is a trading name of Action Claims one of the UK’s leading accident claims management companies.

It helps clients who have had road traffic accidents claim the compensation they are legally entitled to under the law. Their advice and assistance is 100% free and they will refer clients to the best solicitor for that client’s particular case.

Referral fees are paid to Action from the solicitors and these are split with affiliate who will receive £120 per accepted case.

Unlike other claims companies Action will acceptor declined within 48 hours of speaking with the client which means, once accepted, your commission is secure and will be paid out by 17th day of the following month. Whilst Action specialize in road traffic accidents, they will also handle claims for any other types of accident.
