I'm not bothering either.
I hardly ever give my phone number out and wouldn't expect people to have to.
Am I right in thinking that a lead is only generated if the user enters their phone number on the entry to the comp?
I see the guys behind myoffers, etc, are powering this one. I always find there's hidden catches to their programs on what actually classifies as a lead.
If I am right in thinking that the user must give their phone number......I'd probably be giving most of my subscribers' email addresses over to IPT and get nothing in return!

RewardSites Scottish Power it doing well for me dont think the phone number info is putting people off signing up. <img src=http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies/contrib/ruinkai/biggthumpup.gif ALT=":thumb">
I'm the same.....I wouldn't give my number out to Scottish Power.....and wouldn't expect my members to either!
Zaq - what kind of userbase is it working for you?
Sorry RewardSites what do you mean by userbase?
I also thought they t&c were a bit brief...
No info about what they do with data or chance to opt out etc.
Userbase - I mean't - to what target audience are marketing too? Competition hunters, or utility providers, etc
I have been told that Scottish Power are planning on aligning their small business client base (500k or so businesses) with their consumer base ie offering to provide services to consumers and broking the business back into their business customers. That being the case before we'd promote them I want to make sure that the Data Protection was water-tight.
RewardSites target audience: Competition hunters
