There was an issue with the DataWarehouse database that powers that report yesterday morning, and the failover to our backup database didn't work correctly. It should only have caused an issue between 11 and 3, however. I've checked your account and the reporting seems sluggish, so I'll get tech to look into it as a performance issue.
One point to note is that we're in the middle of the month end madness. Clients, agencies and affiliates are running what can be quite huge reports, so all the databases are taking a hammering right now. We are aware of the effect it has and we're looking to improve the usability of the reports anyway.
