    Hi Everyone

Whilst I can't find the topic I am sure i once read that all deeplinking must have on the end of the url: ?affiliateid=15&source=affiliates&network=dgm

    So for instance: &t=http://www.robswebsite/Information/contact.aspx?affiliateid=15&source=affiliates&netw ork=dgm

I have checked the help section on DGM and can find absolutely no reference to this being needed, so maybe it was once used and is no longer, maybe I was dreaming and added it to the end of my deeplinks, perhaps I just missed it on the DGM website.

But please put me out of my misery is this still used, and further more if it is then is the affiliateid always 15.

I realise that we are very lucky to have 7 digit codes taking us to individual pages, but these do not always cover every area, for instance in our case most holiday brands cover their deeplinking for holiday parks and yet most do not have a deeplink to order a brochure (with or without commission) so this is an example of where we need to deeplink manually, only whilst adding the Forest Holidays brochure today did I investigate and realise there seemed to be no mention of this anymore.

And whilst I am writing this please could I also mention that individual links for the Forest Holiday Cabin Parks would be fantastic, I realise they are new and this might not happen quickly, but hey if we dont ask then they might assume nobody needs them.

Thank you again for your time ..... Gerry :tup

    Hi Gerry

    Thanks for your enquiry.

To confirm you do not need to add anything onto the end or the url you are Deeplinking to. Some merchants require extra information for their tracking purposes but dgm will have already set this up in dgmPro and therefore you do not need to add it.

To confirm as an example of a correct Deeplink for forest holidays:

    http://www.s2d6.com/x/?x=c&z=s&v=2431215&k=[NETWORKID]&t=http://www.forestholidays.co.uk/cabins/our_cabins/copper_beech.aspx

I hope this helps, if you do have any further problems please contact me and I will endeavour to help.

    Kind regards

    George
