    I contacted DGM through my affiliate admin panel a few days ago about prices in the Jacobs Digital feed. No reply - Not sure exactly when sent because there is no ticket system and I don't get a copy of what I wrote when :td

    I am the Account Manager for 'Jacobs.' I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have received a message that was sent on to me from our Affiliate support team here about datafeeds. If this is the same message then I have been looking in to it and ma replying right now actually, but was waiting on a response from my technical team and the client on this. Please confirm your affilaite name/ ID and I will let you know on this, or reply to the mesage that i am now sending to you via email.

    Hi babrees,

    We had checked the feed and we are downloading it as per normal from our point of view. We've informed our contact at the client's end and we are waiting for a response from them.

    It would be helpful if you could email me any examples you come across of discrepancies in the prices as it will help the client track down the problem.

    Probably nearly a week now since my original enquiry, and 3 days since sending you an email Ben - not heard a thing back, not even an acknowledgement

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As you know I did send on your email to my Technical team Thursday, CCing you in. I was away on Friday and my colleague Ben is away today. I will make this a priority to chase this up with him tomorrow and find out what's going on with the feeds.

    It would've been nice to have Jacobs on my site, but sadly I've given up ever getting anywhere with this.

    I was told the url I was using to fetch the datafeed was incorrect and give a different one (nice to be advised when things are changed). It was then nicely explained how their datafeed system worked.

    However, my cron job fetches an empty file from the url given. I sent an email to Ben on 5th March explaining it wasn't working. To date I have had no reply
