Right - it's validation week.

Are we going to take a bet on what proportion of our pendings will be validated?

but I only have 1. Stopped using DGM a while ago but apparently I've got a stray banner somewhere.

not that bothered about when they get done as long as they get done (knowing when would be very nice)

(Obviously if I had outstanding pendings for several months I would have to stop promoting merchants

If you post the names of the clients here I and other managers within dealgroupmedia can give you feedback on the state of play with the pendings and what to expect.

I know it may be a big job but why not put down what to expect with every merchant at DGM so we have a point of reference and can check back in future if we think there may be a problem with any. At least this way we will be able to check to see if they are ignoring the pendings or they are due at a set date.

Also, any reason why John Lewis have stopped validating as quickly as they used to?!

Why is it sometimes we get an order id of "~" ? But the sub-id is correct so they must have used my link.

Gadget shop seem to be in the process of validating - my few remaining Sept sales have been cleared and they've started on the Oct ones.

Although the suspended merchant page helps - couldn't the your merchants page be amended to show a reason for suspension of merchants (to indicate if temp. or otherwise)

Scarlett are currently suspended. Please remove any links until further notice.
But they're showing as blue still on your merchants.

merchants with pendings from before october (some might be suspended ? but just copied and pasted from old pendings, I guess something still needs to happen to them at some point)

Sorry if it seemed like I was ignoring your emails.
The client has been hard to pin down on this issue.

I'm having a meeting to sort this and other items out and from there I think that the program will be restructured to favor those who've been generating quality traffic.

Should have a definitive answer on wednesday.
