Board Changes

The Board of Deal Group Media plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Iapino as an Executive Director to the Board with effect from 14 November2003.
Nicola joined dealgroupmedia in September 2003 as Chief Operating Officer, having spent three years building the UK and Ireland operation of US online marketing company Commission Junction.
She has significant sales, marketing and operational management experience and was previously sales manager of Ukaffiliates.
The Board also announces the resignation of Toby Smallpeice with immediate effect who is leaving to pursue other interests.
Adrian Moss, CEO of Deal Group Media plc, said: 'We are delighted that Nicky has agreed to join the Board. Having built up Commission Junction's UK arm, we are confident that her combination of significant sector and operational management expertise and energy will have a huge impact on the success of the business.
Following the recent reverse takeover of IBNet plc Toby has decided to retire from the business.'
