Hi Gunneradt,

Sorry nobody has replied, we're a little short handed atm with people away for the weekend.

I've had a look at the feed and it seems to be the same. I can't see why it hasn't updated, but I've restarted the service and although I can't trigger the update I'll check back on it tomorrow morning. If its still not updated then I'll have to call the engineer (who's on holiday) to have a look at it from home.

you need a system that flags a feed as important as Haven when it's out of date

Hi gunneradt,

The Haven feed is now up to date.

It appears that during maintenance we failed over to a different feed server but it didn't have access to the latest feed mappings, so it wasn't processing in to the main database correctly.
