Improvements to the Voucher code and promotional feed

We have updated the feed with some of the requests we received, we hope that this is an improvement for everyone!

> The unique promotion ID so affiliates can check whether they have imported a particular offer or not yet
> The addition of a Merchant ID
> Date Format has been changed to changed to DD/MM//YYYY
> We have ensured that all URL's that are added include http:// at the beginning.
> If no specific web page is provided by the merchant then the field will be blank and the affiliate needs to assume the homepage is required.

We have now got round to automating the vouchers and offers using this feed :-)

The only improvment I would like now is to put more offers in it!.. surely can find a volunteer to inclde a few hundred by the end of the day :-)
