Thanks John.
Hi,
There's an Archos player worth over £500 up for grabs for the top seller in December. I'll base the top seller based on sales date instead of validation date. The sale will have have been validated though when making the decisison.
Also, all Micro Warehouse sales validations have been brought up to speed.
Best of luck and enjoy your weekend.

Thanks John.
Please, can you now provide us with an exact timeline for renumeration for affiliates from Microwarehouse for the period of non- tracking?

It's going to be credited this morning.
Thanks for the heads up on this. Should have been done last week and apologies to all in only resolving it now as I know it means payment will only now be received in Feb.
We had the figures done a couple of weeks ago but getting the client to agree to them proved difficult because of the interpretation on how we were making the basis for the compensation structure.
It's been on the following format.
From the period of 1-26 we took all the sales and clicks and broke it down to a click per sale basis. Then from the commissions made by each affiliate in this time we divided the clicks per sale fig into the clicks in the period of the lost tag and have made commissions due to each affiliate on that basis.
Please could you provide details the period for lost tracking?

Dear John,
Thanks for the gesture, but the renumeration was hardly worth the effort in me typing this communication. As you are aware the traffic we send to them is very product target specific.
With an EPC of 1 pence and number of visitors, its poor all round.
We are seeing pending sales of 1p and 2p, that's right pence !! What are people buying "an individulally wrapped paper clip"
Something which was overlooked by us was the commission structure.
""We pay 1% commission for notebooks, desktop and PDAs, 2% for hardware and software and 3% for supplies and networking. Our commission is based on net sales, excluding VAT and delivery(Cookie length: 30 days).""
For Notebooks it should be 4 to 5%. Across the board an absolute minimum of 3%
If this is the best on offer with regard to renumeration and deal structure, they will now lose their 20,000 qualified UV per month elsewhere.
