I have been continuously chasing your head of Digital Services regarding our payment which was scheduled to be paid to us on 30th June but haven't heard anything from him despite my number of phone calls, emails and count less MSN requests to him and his junior affiliate account manager.

No one is able to provide transparency to the situation.

It has been more than 1.5 weeks now that i am regularly chasing you guys for our payments and unfortunate to say but no one is providing with any update about our payment.

All this incidence has brought disappointment to us and are concerned about how we as an affiliates will be dealt with in the future.

We will appreciate if someone from DGM would care of their affiliates and make their payments on time.

Further We will appreciate that there are no more surprises like this in future.

    Regards
    Vijay

    Hi Vijay,

As you're aware we have had an internal problem with our BAC's computer failing which has delayed affiliate payments. We are working with our Bank to get this rectified as soon as possible so that we can process these payments. We are hoping to have this resolved later this week or early next and we'll start the payment run immediately.

When I have any further information I will update you.

    Thanks,

    Patrick

That's some rotten luck you've been having over at DGM recently Patrick:

    - Cheques bouncing one week due to insolvency act proceedings.
    - BACS computer failing the next week.
    - Judging by the lack of response to emails and phone calls, problems with them as well.

Somebody cynical might think DGM had problems and was trying to avoid affiliates.

A little communication can go a long way in these kind of circumstances....

My first post on the forum and not a nice one - just spoke to someone at DGM and they have confirmed that they have gone into administration. They owe me around £5000. Join the queue.

RSM Tenon are the people who are dealing with the proceedings and their contact number is 0207 9355566 for all those affected.

Can anyone advise of which other networks are offering campaigns for Orange?

Sad news for all concerned at DGM.

Does anyone know if the company is being pre-packed or liquidated?

We had a cheque bounce a few weeks ago, they said they'd pay by BACS but never did. We kind of guessed this was happening, thankfully it's only a few hundred. Feel sorry for those who may have lost more.

I have sympathy for those who are owed money, and those who may lose their jobs.

I used to own shares in DGM but sold them and pretty much gave up on them several years ago when I saw how far they were falling behind the other networks (Things seemed to deteriorate when they changed from UKAffilliates to DGM). To be honest I'm surprised they've lasted this long.

Maybe this is an opportunity for one of the other networks to take over the business, or at least take on some of their merchants.
