Dear Affiliates,
It is with great regret that on Friday 15th July 2010 we saw the DGM UK business enter into administration.
Although Asia Digital Holdings, ADH (Formally Deal Group Media PLC) have a shareholding in the UK business, we have not been involved in the management of DGM UK since the Management Buy Out announced on the 12th December 2007.
We understand that clients and affiliates of our businesses may be confused by the fact that we hold the same name, however we would like to make it very clear that there is no direct impact on Asia Digital Holdings PLC through this administration.

Dear a4u forum,
I run Asia Digital Holdings PLC and set up UK affiliates, (name changed to DGM later on) back in 1999. Our Group left the UK operation to a local management team in 2007 and I personally had minimal involvement with the UK business from 2005.
The situation with Deal Group Media (UK) Ltd is very unfortunate and certainly not the fault of the front line and back office staff here.
I am currently in the UK working with the team and the administrators to secure a solution that will allow for a continuation of this experienced operation AND importantly for the repayment of all amounts due to affiliates.
It would be a travesty to see people lose out, be they the committed guys on the ground or the affiliates with out whom the business would not exist.
I look forward to updating you over the next couple of days.
Best regards
Adrian Moss

Hi Adrian,
Firstly my sympathies to the employees of DGM UK and also the creditors (majority of whom will be affiliates) who will loose out as result of this development. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
However, a quick look at the books of ADH shows that, like DGM UK, your company has made year on year losses. Is ADH any more stable? As CEO of the Plc when it owned DGM UK, how could you of had "minimal involvement with UK business" between 2005 and the MBO? You seem to blame DGM UK's downfall on "poor management" (rather than say an out-dated business model) but DGM UK was slowly stemming it's loses post-MBO having been an unprofitable business under your tenure? Should ADH, as a shareholder in DGM UK, not have challenged the board of DGM UK before things got this bad? And under whose watch was it that the disasterous introduction of dgmPro was made?!
Good luck
Hope family life is treating you well Adrian.
