Received the letter from DGM's administrator today. Photocopied standard blurb. They ask you to send them documentation to support a claim within ten days. However, none of the documentation they list really relates to affiliates - I guess this list is more to do with people who supplied tangible items (eg t&c's, acceptance of the t&c's, copies of delivery notes, copies of unpaid invoices, evidence of supply). Clearly these don't make much sense in relation to affiliates since DGM do the tracking and supply us with the data.

Would someone be kind enough to share their response? We just want to note that we are owed money so that we have made the administrator aware.

Our evidence is all from DGM themselves - we have screengrabs from the reporting showing when we were last paid and what has accrued since. Not sure there is much more we can provide.

I'm sure there is a simple letter - but don't want to have a stab and find that we have failed to mention something important. Can you help? It's much appreciated.

The bit you're looking at is for Retention of Title claims rather than unpaid invoices. They do state that it's the directors responsibility to provide RSM Tenon with details of all debts, but it wouldn't hurt to print off your unpaid invoices and sales stats for anything not on the invoice, and send them in with a covering letter

Thanks Ian - so just a simple letter to keep us on the radar and a copy of the unpaid invoices and the income accrued since the last invoice. Good advice (for a dumb affiliate!).

The administrator said there was plenty of time, nothing would happen until the end of or the beginning of next year.

Just wondering if anyone has heard back from RSM Tenon?

I sent my reports and proof of affiliate comissions to them a fair while now, but haven't heard anything. Not sure how they operate, but just wondering if anyone had heard back?

I wrote to them but have not had even the courtesy of an acknowledgment.
