Can all DGM merchants please tell us whether they are still active on DGM or whether they have closed their account with the network. Affiliates need to know whether to stop promoting a merchant where there are no other network options.

If any affiliate has had direct contact with a merchant and has information can they please post in this thread.

I think this info is important as I don't think we can trust DGM to tell us a if a merchant has gone.

    Hi Gunner

Whilst not in the spirit of things, you would be daft to continue making commissions from DGM - They haven't paid a fair few people since at least May and any money they now get will go to the administrators / staff / HMRC - Affiliates will get absolutely nothing.

Save yourself the hassle and concentrate on another network that is not in trouble.

DGM have no integrity left and I certainly wouldn't even bother trying to help them rise from the ashes. A selfish view, but once bitten twice shy. Realistically there is no way they are going to come out of this and be profitable again. Merchants would not want to continue being asociated with them, and so the chances of it being salvaged are deminishing every hour.

PetPlan will be announcing their new network shortly - they have to tie up the contract. PDSA seem to be on the case as well.

One problem is that any merchant is likely to take a short while to find a new network (although I'm sure the networks are out there selling their little arses off). I'm giving it till next week.

The lady I spoke with ast PDSA gave the impression that she had been as surprised as I was. But the bit that's really getting to me is that I'm getting more Pet Plan clicks since DGM stopped than I had in the previous 2 months. You'd almost think someone out there knew!!

Funnily enough I had a merchant that did well for me on DGM a while back but then stopped doing well and haven't thought about them since, commission outstanding has long since been paid. Had an email yesterday from another network saying we understand you used to promote this merchant on DGM please consider promoting them via us, this is our deal etc.

To make things worse they open CC'd the email to about 50 other email addresses. Sad to see affiliate emails being passed around like this - especially if the network is clueless enough not to know how to hide the addresses on their list

NOTICE TO ALL AFFILIATES: I have spoken to a number of the clients who were signed to the DGM network & it appears affiliates are still making sales for various programs - please be aware DGM have gone into administration & you are unlikely to realise the value of the sales commissions you are generating.

Adrian Moss (ex-dgm Founder, Now CEO of Asia Digital Holdings & ex 49% stakeholder of DGM UK) has decided that he no longer wishes to rescue this business after HE placed it into administration & failed to buy back the commercial assets for a vastly reduced some - his intention was to remove the debt & start again.

If any affiliates still have dgm links live I would urge you to remove them ASAP - I can only apologise for the lack of communication from the Administrators & DGM, however we were all made redundant last week - Adrian has kept the DGM Pro technology working (& will for 2-3 months) as he is in the process of migrating his ADH clients from DGM Pro to Direct Track - a plan he's had for a while!

If anyone has any further questions please feel free to give me a call:

how about taking all links down and shutting the thing - then we wouldnt have to worry about DGM thieving money.

Im sure that's the big plan why it's still up.

@Gunneradt - Thieving money from affiliates isn't the case or the plan, as in there is NO PLAN,

I am doing what I can to make affiliates aware that they are still providing sales to a network that in effect doesn't exist, I didn't do this to the affiliates or the clients i'm hoping that this forum can help stop affiliates promoting DGM clients as the business is no longer able to pay for the sales - if you'd like to HELP some of your peers then spread the word.

I am doing what I can as I do not work for DGM any longer, Adrian Moss & the Tech team that are now working for ADH to migrate the Pro technology could help but I fear they will not as they are busy migrating from Pro to Direct Track, the Administrators could request this to be done but again why would they as long as sales are coming through they have revenue to chase!

I would urge you to let your peers know they should no longer promote dgm clients.

It is crazy that the site still works and is tracking sales at the correct amount, it is easily seen as thieving, mad as ****.

I still have a few merchants going but only out of interest now as they have no other network (or at least I think)
