How can I close my DGM Account if my affiliates are not getting paid?

Hi guys,

I run an account through DGM and am trying to close it down as I gather that the affiliates selling for me won't be getting their commissions..

I cannot see anywhere in the admin area to do this though and cannot contact anyone there since administration.

Can anyone help please?

Surely you don't need to close your account - just remove all links from your website

oh sorry, just reread your post and now think perhaps you are a merchant? sorry can't hellp with that!

I'm pretty sure all dgm links now just go to an error page so everyones account is as good as closed anyway.

Not true..

Please take important note that at 00:00am on the 13th August, all banners, tracking & serving for the UK territory Advertisers & those Affiliates holding a UK DGM Account will cease.

Perhaps they just turned my links off then because they certainly no longer work..

Are your DGM links still working then?? or are you saying links are not working but cookied sales are still tracking?
