RSM Tenon have kindly sent me the creditors breakdown. The worst affected is HMRC, both VAT and PAYE. Fair play I hear you say. But we are talking nigh on a million pounds they've not passed on. That is yours and my NHS among other things.
Interesting enough, in 2009 it seems that assets of DGM were sold to Asia Digital Holdings (biggest asset being the customer list). In 2009 two of the Directors of DGM left and would you cocoa it - they were already Directors of Asia Digital. Oh my word! What a great idea. Beats donning a mask and robbing a bank with a shotgun. Just set up a company and rip off the Inland Revenue among others.
This creditors list is 48 pages long, the total owed is nearly £3million.
