    Sorry to sound like a points of view letter but....

    Why oh why can't DGM inform their affiliates when a merchant is suspended?

    Just noticed 2 of our merchants have been suspended for nearly 3 weeks due to tracking issues. One of them is currently redirecting to a splash page.

    End result = free promotion for the merchants and lost sales for us.

    Can't help but feel it's 1 step forward, 2 steps back working with DGM at the moment.

    It might also help if when that page is updated, they update the link to it on the main page so that it shows the real last updated date.

    Agreed! The process should be AUTOMATIC when a merchant is suspendid. Do they really expect us to sign in every day to check which ones are still going?

    I know you are watching DGM so please address this matter.

    All it would take is a tiny piece of technology to trigger an email which is initiated when the merchant in question is suspendid on your records.

    I cant imagine its that hard for them to automate an email to state a merchant has been suspended.

    I often forget to check that suspended page too and only a few days ago noticed Pampers - not sure how long we have sent them free traffic for

    ...and would it be so hard to put on the date when they are reactivated?

    ...failing that - how about having the my merchant page to default to "merchant status - all" , coz its easier to see whos live again (see first point)

    The odd thing with DMG2 is that they state a lot are for technical reasons. Why only this network appears to have them, or are they not telling the truth!!

    Your not being told the truth, others just ignore merchant errors or mistakes. Simple facts are DGM stand up and be counted when merchants feck up and we hold it against them, the others ignore when merchants make mistakes and we think these other networks are better at tracking and all they are doing is not telling us when thing have gone wrong.

    Apparently suspended on 31/12, but I'm sure it wasn't in the list when I last looked
