Reporting tools

Hi all

I am currently composing a list of 'reporting tools/ features' that publishers would like to see when they logon to DGM.

In order for me to get a complete list of tools and features I was wondering if you could tell me some requirements you would find useful in your life as a publisher.

All comments will be considered.

I actually think a lot of the info is there already its more that the way it fits together is a bit cluimsy compared to TD.

One example is on the "Your merchants" page where there are no links to drill down for more detail such as to see the transactions that make up that total.

Also Im not aware of a report that lets you look at merchant earnings by month. In fact a 1 page report with a list of merchants down the left and the last 12 months across the top showing the total commissions would be nice. Then make each commission figure clickage to take you into detail.

On the pending page I'd like to be able to see how much commission is earned on any given day. At the moment you can only view a month at a time.

I'd like to have a report where you can specify dates - from/to

Plus a selector to run by 'Date' or 'Merchant'

The report generates five colums

The 'Date' Selector Report would show:

Date Approved £ Still Pending £ Total £ Deleted £

The 'Merchant' Selector report would be the same but per merchant

Merchant Approved £ Still Pending £ Total £ Deleted £

In your merchants page it would be good to see valid and pending sales totals so you can see how a campaign is doing, at present you need to look in the pending sales and then work out the figures for your self by jumping from page to page.. i.e. to see how many clicks and how many sales/pending sales you have so you can then work out if worth keeping the promotion going or if you should be doing more to get more sales because the conversion rate is top class.

Also on deleted sales I want to see the same information as I see in pending and valid sales. I.e. keep the commission value, don't understand why that's removed.

Also knowing when the click happened that resulted in a sale would be very handy.

Yup the click date would be nice.

Also when clicking on pending sales.. can you have it sorted by SalesDate from today by default ... saves me one click

Could there be a payment page with a history page displaying past payments with date and the date of future payments together with your balance?

I would like to see a report of any visitors i send to deleted and suspended merchants, ie the url it orginated from.

Something similar to the CJ reporting "invalid links generating traffic" reports.

Sorry to go off topicish, but it'll save me dropping an e-mail - I noticed yesterday that some banners are still available in the content units for deleted merchants. This was throwing me up some click through errors. Is it possible to have these auto deleted and the banners re-weighed please?
