There is also a new merchant today on AW doing 'laser surgery stuff' paying £10 per application. Might be worth a look if you think you can get those type of leads.

I noticed that one, I get far better rates from another laser eye surgery company at the moment, but cheers for the tip
I am still confused as to what transforminglives.co.uk class as a lead, has anyone tested the form?

£2.00 per lead is nothing really unless they offer a percentage of the treatment as well.

Which would be a pretty nice commission even at 5% as most treatments would be over the grand mark.

Noticing a few joke merchants on some of the networks would be interesting to list these, people with one day cookies and 30p leads for financial advice websites where they will get £30.00 per completed applications.
