Don't do a lot on mobiles but I've found BT Mobile to be okay - were the top performer in their category for a good few months throughout Q3/4 of 2003.
A quick chart on CR for the last few months show a bit of a drop off though but not got around to pushing them much of late so havent really dug deeper to find out why.
BTW, I'm not seeing any errors on their checkout as of this morning.

Generally speaking we haven't experienced any significant problems with the online purchasing process on the www.bt.com/mobile. But of course any bugs/errors/usabilty issues that are raised, of course have to be addressed immediately. I have forwarded your concerns on to BT's site design & production team who are presently looking into this and I will keep you posted on developments.
Just a quick note to follow up on issues re: site usabilty and bugs/errors in the transaction processes on the bt.com/mobile site:
In response to your concerns BT have over the last week or so implemented a number of major improvements to the site to make the transaction process smoother and easier for the user (for example, leaving contact details and reference no. for those customers that don't automatically clear the credit check).
I am informed that these developments have resulted in a 100% improvement in the conversion to sale on the site.
More initiatives are also in prgress to further develop the overall user journey and experience. I will keep you posted on these as they occur.
