Suspension of Merchants

We will suspend a merchant as soon as a problem is highlighted, this can be for a few mins, if the problem is trivial, or longer depending on the circumstances

We`re going to include a Flag in your account, that will enable an Email notification (or not, your choice) whenever a merchant is supended, regardless of the reason or lenght of time.

Would you like the default to be On (You will receive an email) or Off (You wont)?

You can of course edit this whenever you like

I reckon it would be best to have the default as "on" - and for the same process (email notification) to apply when the merchant is reactivated.

Great idea, an auto email default on would be cool for notification of deacivation/reactivation.

Due to massive popular opinion the default will be On.

We`re only asking becuase a couple of years ago we did this and got nothing other than complaints because of mail volume.

James Cooper will probably point out the finer details, but the tools are made and once tested will be live in the next few days

Sounds great idea - can it be always from one email account so i can set a proper filter for it though...
