Forest Holidays offers UK Cabin holiday breaks exclusively within Forestry Commission woodland.

A forest holiday, whether Cabin or caravan, is about holidaying in a natural environment, whether guests wish to take part in the many things to do on site such as Ranger activities, archery canoeing and exploring forest trails or simply sit and enjoy the views.

The self catering Cabin holidays can be taken at six different sites:

• One in Cornwall,
• One in the Forest of Dean
• Two in North Yorkshire
• Two in Scotland

The top of the range accommodation includes luxuries such as outdoor hot tubs, wood burners and plush furnishings.



Terms


Definition of a Valid Sale: Holidays will be validated after 30 days. However, any holiday sales tracked from a cashback affiliate will be validated the week of the holiday start date (to ensure holidays have not been cancelled). Any holidays that have been cancelled will not be paid for.

Brand Bidding: Brand Bidding is not permitted on the program

PPC Activity: PPC Activity is permitted on generic terms only, however the affiliate must not bid higher or appear on a higher listing than Forest Holidays. Forest Holidays or any variation of their name must not be used within the URL.

Cashback/Incentive sites: Cashback and incentive sites are only allowed to promote cashback commission for holiday bookings.

Affiliate Types Content sites, Cashback sites and Voucher code affiliates are all allowed to join the programme (Separate validation rules apply for Cash back sites – see above)

Deduplication Rules: Sales will automatically be awarded to last click across Affiliate, Display and Search (de-dupe tracking in place).

Validation period: Standard 30 days (except for Holidays generated by Cashback sites - see above).

Included/Excluded in commission: This campaign currently only monetises Cabin holidays, not Caravan and Camping offers

Deep Linking: Affiliates are allowed to deep link to pages of relevance within the Forest Holiday sites, (e.g. Specific Locations / Areas of the Country of Relevance).

Usage of creative/ photos: Photos of destinations are available for affiliates to use by contacting the client via the ticketing system in the interface.
