Hi Guys,
Just to let you all know, you can find B & Q under D (as the click through is www.diy.com) on the join page rather than B (for B & Q).
Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Kind Regards
I'm intrigued by the special 1 month incentive - the blurb says commissions from 2%-4% - as CJ pays 3% at the moment I'm at a bit of a loss how 2% is an incentive?!?!?!![]()
I hope they dont mean its going to be 4% for a month and then dropping to 2% - that would truly be a retrograde step and to my mind foolish - there are now other diy programmes available offering 5% commission so one would hope B&Q would be trying to match that rather than reduce their commissions............
Also, can you a) confirm whether the product feed will be continuing on AW
or
b) will a product feed that works be available on DGM from day one?

Agree B&Q removed their incentives/Bonus system on CJ as well.
I agree - if they dont perform it will be an easy program to replace IMO.
The DGM B&Q terms look quite strict and a real pain to read!!
What does this mean? 6.1.1 You shall not register, lodge or supply with or to any internet search engine or like service the terms "B&Q", “B & Q”, "B and Q", "ww.diy.com" or any other phrase containing the word "B&Q" unless otherwise agreed in writing by B&Q
Does this mean on PPC listings or in copy of your web pages?
Ie can we not mention b&q at all?
I wonder if these guys realise that it's a competitive world out there, and thems that pays the least gets shunted to the bottom?
Is it insinuating that you cannot even use
target="blank"
Is it insinuating that you are not allowed to discuss the program in a public environment and are sworn to silence?
Is this going to be an Interflora scenario?
If they want to pay for a my legal advisor to read this & interpret it on my behalf, then I may consider applying.
Otherwise, I am not sure. My gut reaction is suggesting maybe to look elsewhere.

I can only echo the sentiments expressed above.
I feel there's merchants in this sector of are more worthy of my traffic.

Hi Guys,
Just to clear up some concerns about the B&Q program below are some answers, please contact me for any other concerns or if you would like further information.
The CPA rate is 2-4%, the category bands are below. In addition an incentive scheme has been set up to provide encouragement to maximise sales through your website. Make over 250 sales per month and receive 25% of your commission again.

Richard -
you really should be a politician the way you sidestep questions
you still havent provided any information on the product feed or whether that part of the program is staying on AW.
Without a product feed the new tiers are going to be very difficult to reconcile to ensure we are receiving the correct commissions - how will we know which category an individual product fits in to? - in short why make it so bleedin' complicated - why not just stick to 3% across the board - everyone knows what they're getting and presumably for B&Q it would be a case of swings and roundabouts - what they may lose in margin on one sale they would make on another

To clarify
B&Q continue to run a very successful program at Affiliate Window and the Deal Group offering is in addition to the Affiliate Window program.
