Over the past few weeks we have experienced difficulties whilst migrating our website to PHP technology.

This new technology allows us to have much more control over the site and also gives deep linking functionality.
After installation it transpired that the software to link our back office to the new PHP site had errors. Following lengthy attempts to resolve the issue we eventually had to make the decision to put our old site back up.

Our software company believe they have fixed the problem and have the latest version in test. Should this prove to be successful the new site will go live in the next few days.
We understand the impact this has had on the affiliates and in recognition of this we will increase our commission rate by £5 per connection for November and December.

Finally, some of you will have seen that there are now two forms of orders coming through. The standard order which begins with O and a second order id which begins with D. The D orders represent an application that needs further investigation.
Our website has always validated the credit card upon an order being placed. It checks the card is valid, there is money in the account, the security number is correct and the postcode given matches that held by the issuing bank.

If these checks failed in the past, the order was not being sent to DGM. Now, if the order fails these checks, a 'D' prefix is being added to the order number. We then try and resolve the credit card problem with the customer and if we can, we validate the sale.
