Any chance that the onestopphone shop and advanced mobiles validations can get done by the end of this month please to ensure we get paid the commissions as soon as possible. It's just the tax man would like some money at the end of january and my bank manager has told me to leave the country unless I can get some money in

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
Advanced Mobiles went live just before Christmas and we've yet to establish a turnaround time for validations.
I'll speak to the client shortly and ask what they feel is a realistic time period for transactions to be verified.

Shouldn't they be as quick as possible. They are after all on an application basis anyway and not per sale where we could appreciate a longer validation period.
As an ageny you're obviously getting a good cpa from them as well, so surely the longer they stall the longer it takes you to get payment too.
Or am I wrong?

This is really basic stuff. It makes me wonder what else is missing from DGM's pre-launch checklist. Or whether it even has one...?
With new advertisers the importance of a fast turnaround time on sales is explained but not always initially established.
As previously mentioned I have raised with the advertiser and I'm waiting for feedback. I have followed this up and intend to get a reply from the client. They are keen to make this program a success and establish a good working relationship with their affiliates.
