I thought I would consolidate this thread and this thread and add some further information about Advanced Mobiles.

Despite several attempts at communication, Advanced Mobiles have completely ignored any requests to remove my intellectual property from their site, and indeed during this process they have added a further product descript of 125 words copied-and-pasted from my site.

Although their host, Easynet, has tried to communicate with Advanced Mobiles, there has been no communication to date. As I have previously warned affiliates, I will be pressing Easynet to suspend the Advanced Mobiles site.

As a result, I am taking further action against Advanced Mobiles to prevent them from unlawfully profiting from my intellectual property.

While doing my research on the company, I came across this interesting site which gives a customer-eye view of dealing with Advanced Communications. It seems this disregard for others and lack of communications is common.

As affiliates I would strongly advise you not to do business with Advanced Communications due to these factors.
