Deleted Sales Statistics (BoysStuff)

Hi, has anyone else been experiencing very high deleted sales using the BoysStuff program? I've had the impression that a lot were being deleted so I've just gone back over the last 6 months figures and this is what I found:-

BoysStuff Statistics
Sales 37
Deleted Sales 31
% of Sales Being Deleted 45.59%

I then went and checked Firebox (Similar products) statistic over the same time period

Firebox Statistics
Sales 44
Deleted Sales 1
% of Sales being deleted 2.22%

I publish both merchants products from the same website so the differences can't be down to different clientele.

I then went and check my sales globally across all programs on Dgm:-

Sales: 179
Deleted Sales: 35 (31 from BoysStuff alone)
% of Sales being deleted: 16.36%

If I exclude BoysStuff figures then I get:-

Sales: 142
Deleted Sales: 4
% of Sales being deleted: 2.74%

Whats going on? Is this number of deleted sales "normal" for on this program?

They have always had a very high deletion rate. I have given up on them. I am also waiting for bonus to be allocated from sales made last Nov and Dec. Makes you wonder!

This is another matter I'm trying to resolve; we had no idea of these bonuses being pending until a week ago. I emailed DGM support again today to find out why these haven't been attributed when they should have been, and why we hadn't been informed of this until now.

If the affiliates with pending bonuses and commissions up till January please contact me with their outstanding amounts, I'd appreciate it.

Can I just point out that this situation is really disappointing for us, and we're very frustrated with these issues pending for so long.
