signing in?

I tried to sign in at dgm but have forgotten my password, so requested a
new one. I still haven't received it, any ideas how long this usually takes?
Also when trying to email them at support@dgm-uk.com the email bounced.
Is there another way of contacting them.

Try phoning them - they're based in London. There's a phone number on their site somewhere. There's also some folk from DGM who post here - check out their signature files for other contact info.
