Vodafone pay per application and during May and June all of my sales were validated and commission was paid.

Within the last few days, 39 out of my 193 Vodafone sales from July have been deleted. Has anyone else experienced this? My understanding was that if a sale was made then it would be guaranteed to be validated as Vodafone pay per lead/application. Has this changed?

    Hi Darren,
We've been experiencing the same and have been in contact with DGM.

Vodafone are claiming that the deleted sales are ALL duplicates and will not be reversing any of them.
They are not on another network and there are only a few affiliates using the program, all of whom have had deleted (duplicate) sales.

I'm going to speculate that due to Vodafone being new to the Aff game they are actually calling duplicate sales those that have also been tracked by their own non aff advertising ie: PPC.

I've tried speaking with DGM's Vodafone account manager but she was very short and in all honesty rude and demeaning.

I've spoken with Liz who as usual was as helpful as she could be but in her last email stated that this is how the program is going to run.

We are removing Vodafone links as we speak.

DGM should sit down with Vodafone and explain this sort of thing with a view to coming up with some other commission option or changing the program to a per sale basis.

Darren, could you also PM me, we are arranging an informal pub meet with T-Mobile direct over the next couple of weeks that will surely benefit you.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

Hi Andrew, thanks for the info.

    I'm v. unhappy about this.

I've asked DGM for an explanantion, waiting for the acc manager to get back to me. If you have her contact details can you please email or PM them? Thanks.

I'd like to dump DGM altogether but at the moment I really need to keep OSPS and Vodafone for price comparison purposes - they're not available anywhere else and they both perform quite well.

    Hi Darren.Andrew,

Yes, I've noticed deletions too which I am incredibly pissed off about. I got a phone call to promote them and specifically asked them to clarify that it was per application. I never ever expect to see deletions on per app programs. Duplicates I here them say. Well I cant see any duplicate order id's so where my commission. Another nail in the coffin for dgm.
