Sorry Kevin but I find it totally unacceptable that you say the delay was unavoidable - clearly you had the data from Haven by 25th August but due solely to DGM resource problems you could not get them all validated by the 31st August.
This goes to emphasise DGMs lack of attention to affiliate needs, if it meant you or your colleagues having to work over the bank holiday weekend or a few evenings until midnight you should have done so - would you be happy if your personnel dept said "Ever so sorry Kevin but you wont get paid for another 6 weeks cos it was a bank holiday weekend and well you know what it was like"
Any DBA worth their salt could write a quick database query to reset the validation date on the Haven transactions you validated yesterday to be validated on 31st August so they could be included in the August payment - I assume DGM has a DBA on the payroll - but then given recent developments maybe you dont!
