Links are working again....
Hi,
Good news is Vodafone should not reach its cap this month.....
Bad news....
Vodafone DGM2 links have been down all night. Banners are working, but links are broken...
Looks like Vodafone have moved to the dark side....
Have not got a clue now to set up a new link....
ARRRGHHHH Dgm you have the weakest links.....Good bye....
Baz
Links are working again....
Hi Bazza,
I tried the Vodafone text links at around 7.30 last night because they were reported as broken but they worked for me.
Hopefully the issue last night was brief.
I'll forward your comments on to the account manager.
Many thanks,
Kevin

When was the last one anyone recorded a voda sale. Mine was on Sept 3rd? Which is highly odd as I have loads of inks for them and was doing 1/2 a day until then then nothing.
I'm even more concerned as well, that I can't seem to access vodafone when I go into my merchants, using dgm2.com. Is this cause tey have moved to dgmpro ? which i dont want to do.
Comments please. (keep it relatively clean please)
Mike
Hi Mike,
Try logging on at dgmpro to see your Vodafone sales. They dont track on dgm2.com anymore.
I have been having sales...
Best regards
Baz
Hi Bazza/Mike,
You're right Bazza, when the program migrates you need to login to Pro to see any sales made since migration.
In Pro you should be able to see all historic data.
There hasn't been any dip in sales recorded since migration, but do let us know if you think your sales have been affected and we'll investigate.
Kind regards,

This is all very frustrating - now we find out that the old links work but the tracking is on dgmPro.
I've spent the last 3 days trying to get the new links to work because I was getting no sales on dgm2 and I saw the program was suspended.
On the new system all the creatives are totally messed up - for one banner in the creatives area I could see one image in my development environment and another when the page was live. Neither corresponded to the image in the creatives area.
I can't even get a text link to track and worse still I don't even have access to the old tracking url's any more.
Hi,
I have found the banners acting very funny lately.
You advertise one phone IE Sony Ericsson K750i, but another banner will show the V3, but is linked to the K750i page at Vodafone....
I dont know if this helps. The old text only link was

xxxxx is aff ID

Many thanks Baz.
I'll switch back to the old links for the time being.
Hmm...
Not sure if I trust this at all.
Yes. All very well and good that I can see 3 sales in dgmpro, but hese were the three I could see in dgm2, so still not a single voda sale since Sept3rd on either system.
I am using dgm2 links on the voda program still and guess the migration occurrred on 3rd, and now tracking doesnot appear to be working. I say that because I am promoting Voda with some of the best selling handsets of the ment, so not to record a single sale on either system in 7 days quite frankly stinks of something wrong.
Can anyone confirm if they have had sales using dgm2.com voda links in from Sept 3rd to current that have then been reported as a sale in the dgmpro system.
I really very strongly have my doubts on this switch. I also don't remember receiveing an email of the intended swtich over date either.
I am loathe o using the dgmpro system yet through reading recent nightmare stories and was hoping I wouldn't have to use the new links at all.
Can anyone clarify what is meant to be going on, please.
Thks
Mike
I have sales on dgm2 from 6th and one from 7th a.m. On dgmpro I have several sales on 7th so I'd guess the change over was on 7th and that the old links are working.
I switched my links to dgmpro2 ones on the 8th having seen broken image links on my site, having no sales on dgm2 and seeing that the program was suspended. I then had no sales with the dgmpro2 links and discovered yesterday evening that the old links were supposed to be tracking but not showing sales on dgm2 so I switched back.
I'm now seeing sales for today again on dgmpro so it looks like the old links do work.
I also don't remember seeing any emails about this which is a pretty poor show. I also didn't receive a response to my email sent on the evening of 7th saying I wasn't very impressed, couldn't believe we had to change all our links over and couldn't even log in to dgmpro because the site was down.
Hi,
Vodafone isn't my account, but I can give you a quick update:
OSC and sales for September are pretty consistent with those for August, so there isn't a noticeable dip after migration. I believe the program migrated on 7th Sept.
I have just checked a deeplinked dgm2 link from a publisher's site and this is working, so would be interested to receive any examples where dgm2 deeplinks aren't working and I'll forward on to be investigated.

My last sale was on the 6th Sept, although it's got a commission of £0.00 according to DGMPro's Sales report (Sales ID 1698907, if anyone from DGM's watching...) - this was using a DGM2-style link. Noticed that a few BT Yahoo's have also got amounts of £0
