If a customer goes to Oxendales and then clicks though to one of the other shops linked - will a sale made any where else under the "umbrella" be tracked to the affiliate?
Thanks
Jason
There's great potential for your commission to rocket as we enter the peak period for the shopping/retail sector.
We are delighted to announce the launch of JD Williams, UK's leading direct home shopping company, operating over 20 successful catalogue brands, with over 2 million customers. Their websites offer a huge selection of clothing and other products for all ages and sizes.
We have now launched 10 great brands under the JD Williams umbrella, which include the following:
•Oxendales www.oxendales.com
•Ambrose Wilson www.AmbroseWilson.com
•Premier Man www.PremierMan.co.uk
•Home Essentials www.HomeEssentials.co.uk
Great commission and XML feed to come!
You have the chance to earn at least 5% commission for all sales generated from all 10 sites AND to aid your promotion, an XML feed is currently in development too!
JD Williams are also offering weekly auto-validation on sales that are generated!
Log into your dgm account for more information on the program and how best to get started.

Good Question.

They've also gone live on CJ
Thank you for the heads up. Well I know whose links I shall be using.
This may need rephrasing
"Do not place your company name, trade marks, service marks, or product names next to (or combine them with) a JD Williams brand/product name."

Hi there,
For clarification, just to let you all know that we are promoting different products.
Thanks
Michelle
Sorry, that doesn't clarify anything really...For clarification, just to let you all know that we are promoting different products
If a user clicks an Oxendale link - but then goes through via Oxendale as they can do to Home Essentials and makes a purchase... will that generate affiliate revenue?
Jason
To clarify the valid point made by Loquax...
If a user clicks on an affiliate link which takes them to Oxendale.
Whilst on the Oxendale site whether during the session or during the cookie period (say returning to the site 7 days later). They either click on a NON affiliate on the Oxendale site which takes them to the Home Essentials site & makes a purchase from Home Essentials (not Oxendales) ..will that generate affiliate revenue?
i.e. cross track / pollenate ... whatever expression you want to use.

Hi
In answer to your first question if a customer clicks though an Oxendales link, does not purchase anything, returns 7 days later and goes directly to Ambrose Wilson and purchases a product, this WILL be tracked.
Hope that helps.
If there is anything else, please let me know.
Thanks

Hi,
Just so all publishers are aware, the brands that are running on the dgm network are not available through Commission Junction. To track sales from all the brands, publishers will have to use both networks.
Thanks
I have a number of JD Williams sales showing 0.00 as the value and commission.
Any ideas why?
Hi Aus,
Thanks for your post.
With JD Williams, we also track registrations as well as actual sales. Publishers will be paid commission on valid sales, but no commisison will be paid on registrations.
I hope this helps.
If there is anything else, please let me know.
Thanks
Not too sure whether the original question as been answered properly.
Scenario :-
User clicks my CJ link and goes to JD Williams, then decides to visit Oxendales from their homepage.
How does DGM track that this has happened? And that it will be my link that sent them there?
There's also a number of offsite links on their frontpage, such as the Christmas Gifts Direct site and First Financial.
I doubt we get paid for them![]()
Hi Monkeyman,
If a customer clicks through one of your dgm links and makes a purchase from one of the ten brands we have, commission will be paid. If the same customer clicks through a CJ link to one of the brands we have, commisison will not ba paid.
Hope that helps.
Thanks
