Some publishers may have noticed intermittent periods during which delivery of ads and click throughs were interrupted this morning.
The problem is now resolved, though we are investigating its cause to ensure it does not occur again.
We are making modifications to dgmPro with a view to getting sales latency below 1 hour on average, and last night we started a change that involved moving a large volume of data out of one of our database tables, to speed up our sales matching.
This work was expected to take about 4 hours and was scheduled for the early hours of the morning, but unfortunately it has over-run, and we expect it to finish in the next hour. After that, we will have to load a backlog of data into the reporting interface. We expect clearing this backlog will take 6 or 7 hours. Unfortunately this means that you will not see any stats during the working day today.
